1. Who we are
My Little Polder ("the game") is made by MA Digital (madigital.io). For privacy questions, email privacy@madigital.io.
2. No account, no personal data collected by us
You do not need an account to play. We do not collect your name, email address, location, contacts or photos. Your game progress (money, buildings, staff, level, missions, settings and play time) is stored only on your device and is never sent to us. Deleting the game removes this data.
3. Advertising (Google AdMob)
The game contains no in-app purchases. It only shows a rewarded video when you choose to watch one, for example to get a bonus from Merchant Klaas or to double a reward. These ads are served by Google AdMob. Google may process your device's advertising ID, IP address, device and app information, and information about how you interact with ads. how Google uses information from apps that use its services
4. Your choices
If you are in the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you are asked for consent for personalised ads when you first start the game. You can change your choice at any time via Settings → Privacy settings in the game. On iOS you can refuse tracking through App Tracking Transparency; you will then only see non-personalised ads. On Android you can reset or delete your Advertising ID in your device settings. Watching ads is always optional.
5. Notifications
If you allow notifications, the game schedules reminders on your device (for example when your vault is full or your daily reward is ready). These are local notifications; no data is sent to us. You can turn them off in the game settings or in your device settings.
6. Children
The game is suitable for all ages but is not specifically aimed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
7. Data retention and deletion
We do not store any of your data on our servers. Game progress stays on your device until you delete the game or reset it in the settings. For data processed by Google, see Google's privacy policy.
8. Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete and object to the processing of your personal data, and to file a complaint with your data protection authority (in the Netherlands: the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens). Because we do not hold personal data about you, requests about advertising data can best be made via Google or via the privacy settings in the game.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.

1. Wie wij zijn
My Little Polder ("het spel") is gemaakt door MA Digital (madigital.io). Voor vragen over privacy kun je mailen naar privacy@madigital.io.
2. Geen account, geen persoonsgegevens bij ons
Je hebt geen account nodig om te spelen. Wij verzamelen geen naam, e-mailadres, locatie, contacten of foto's. Je voortgang (geld, gebouwen, personeel, niveau, opdrachten, instellingen en speeltijd) wordt alleen op je eigen toestel opgeslagen en nooit naar ons gestuurd. Als je het spel verwijdert, verdwijnen deze gegevens.
3. Reclame (Google AdMob)
Het spel heeft geen aankopen in de app. Er komt alleen een beloonde video als jij ervoor kiest er een te bekijken, bijvoorbeeld voor een bonus van Koopman Klaas of om een beloning te verdubbelen. 4. Jouw keuzes
Woon je in de EU/EER, het Verenigd Koninkrijk of Zwitserland, dan vragen we bij de eerste keer spelen om toestemming voor gepersonaliseerde advertenties. Je kunt je keuze altijd aanpassen via Instellingen → Privacy-instellingen in het spel. Op iOS kun je tracking weigeren via App Tracking Transparency; je ziet dan alleen niet-gepersonaliseerde advertenties. Op Android kun je je advertentie-ID resetten of verwijderen in de instellingen van je toestel. Video's kijken is altijd vrijwillig.
5. Meldingen
Als je meldingen toestaat, plant het spel herinneringen op je toestel (bijvoorbeeld als je kluis vol is of je dagelijkse beloning klaarstaat). Dit zijn lokale meldingen; er gaan geen gegevens naar ons. Je kunt ze uitzetten in de instellingen van het spel of van je toestel.
6. Kinderen
Het spel is geschikt voor alle leeftijden, maar is niet speciaal bedoeld voor kinderen onder de 13. Wij verzamelen niet bewust persoonsgegevens van kinderen.
7. Bewaren en verwijderen
Wij bewaren geen gegevens van jou op onze servers. Je voortgang blijft op je toestel tot je het spel verwijdert of opnieuw begint via de instellingen. Voor gegevens die Google verwerkt, zie het privacybeleid van Google.
8. Jouw rechten (AVG)
Je hebt het recht op inzage, correctie en verwijdering van je persoonsgegevens, het recht om bezwaar te maken, en het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens. Omdat wij geen persoonsgegevens van jou bewaren, kun je vragen over advertentiegegevens het beste via Google of via de privacy-instellingen in het spel regelen.
9. Wijzigingen
We kunnen dit beleid aanpassen. De datum bovenaan laat de nieuwste versie zien.
